I was hesitant to order from saavaunt because I discovered them through an IG ad. I'm always wary of instagram shopping. After some thought I ordered the crescent hoops. There were some issues with shipping. I put in the wrong zip code. The costumer service team at saavaunt worked with me every step of the way. They could have very easily blamed me for my careless act of putting in the wrong zip code. However, they did not. Not only did they send me a replacement package immediately, they kept following up to make sure I received everything I needed and was a satisfied customer. I've told all my friends about saavaunt and I will absolutely order from them again!
