We are currently located in the heart of New York City. All of our orders ship from our small warehouse in the city where we hand package every order.

What is the shipping and delivery timeline?

We expedite our shipping and processing quickly so you can receive your parcel quickly. All orders will be sent 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the arrival of your parcel. If express shipping is selected at checkout (and order is placed before 1PM), we will process your order same day - please allow 2-3 days for the arrival of your parcel with express shipping.

How can I track my order?

All orders include a tracking number and insurance to assure a safe arrival of your parcel.Your tracking number will automatically be sent to your email upon the shipment of your order. You can track your parcel every step of the way using the official USPS website

Can I update/change my order?

We understand mistakes happen. Simply send us an email at within 24 hours. Please include your first name, last name, and email address and we'll do our best to assist you!

I received a defective order..Help

We are so sorry about this! Please send your order number and photo of your defective piece to and our team will be happy to resolve it!

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in several ways! We accept all Major Credit/Debit cards. We also offer Klarna, a flexible online payment option that allows you to pay in 4 interest-free installments over the course of 6 weeks.

What is your exchange and return policy?

We strive for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the case you aren't happy, we may exchange your purchase for an item of equal value. You may also return your items for store credit to make a purchase at a later date. Please be advised, all exchanged/returned items must be Unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in all its original packaging (box and pouch included)

How do I take care of my jewelry?

We use precious metals to create our timeless designs. However, all metals aren't created equally.

Sterling Silver/14k Gold: A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This will prevent scratching and the maintain colour Before applying scents, lotions and sprays.

Stainless Steel: TLC is always needed to keep their beauty for as long as possible. Scrub lightly with a jewelry cleanser. Make sure to rinse away any excess residue. You can also buff your stainless steel pieces gently using a jewelry cleaning cloth.
